Definitely need to think about ways to assist/facilitate members specific actions that involve tech i.e. they say they want to have announcements posted to the site go to their inbox -or join Facebook - then show them how after the service.
Separately do we need some type of Tech Club that can the "Nerd Herd" and help those folks that need it.
