Tools: Web site based chat for site visitors

So with over 70% of potential church shoppers supposedly using the web before deciding to visit -- how many more would come if we made it easier to ask questions and connect to someone as quickly as possible.

Goal is to lower the friction and this would need to be tested -- may be more appropriate for the "co-op campaign" site as well.  But for a lot of people launching a chat is more common than picking up the phone or driving and walking.  Some customer service management apps offer this and attach transcripts to customer records.

Other alternative is a phone me type tie-in button for Skype or Google Voice.
