Tools: Email blasts, Groups and Campaigns

This is another area where the main piece of software selected may not have this needed functionality or enough of it.  Several different solutions exist but the overall all goal would be to integrate it so it is easy to track all customer contact attached to that one record natively or worst case data from the email campaign software can be batch processed back into the primary system.
