Cheapest and easiest solution appears to be UStream. Created an account and it links to Twitter, Facebook and YouTube. Besides streaming does a record so you can easily post to FB and You Tube. That might be too much in our case vs. sermon only recording and later video podcast.
You can broadcast with an iphone or Android phone recording locally then uploading or streaming live.
You can have password protected streams in addition to your scheduled "worship" streaming.
One possible cheap Camera & mic that people are "raving" about is the PS3 camera and a custom driver that works on the PC.
