Spent the morning doing research on gmail / google apps until about 10:30 then started the long slog of database entry. Unfortunately either the the PC (or one of the pieces of software) in the office crashed or it lost its internet connection in the middle of editing around 5:30pm. Need to have it rebooted/checked out to be able to start data entry again.
Looks like it is the DSL connection to the office that is down.
Trying to get as much info into ACS People as I can at this point. Hope I can wrap up phase 1 as soon as possible.
