Greening / Solar Power for signage

One of the things we need to consider is having night time lighting on the sign in front of church and/or electric out to the sign itself.  Definitely wan to consider "green" or solar spotlights and/or small solar panel with battery to offset the cost of the electric if we have an electric sign out there.
