Disaster Preparedness - Community Preparedness

Using website, phone and church buildings in case of emergency. 

Website to post news of neighborhood and church community for those looking.  Using telephone system to handle incoming calls / outgoing as if it is voip/digital then systems are in place for redundnacy if local and cell service is out.
Using the building as shelter -- food, blankets, cots, sleeping bags, emergeny radio, PA system, etc. pre-placed and trained volunteers in the neighborhood.

Would require interfacing with existing preparedness efforts.
